Wholesale Policy

This Wholesale Policy outlines the terms applicable to approved wholesale purchases from ISHTARINK.

Wholesale orders are intended for businesses, retailers, and other approved buyers who wish to purchase ISHTARINK products in quantity for resale.

1. Wholesale Applications

Wholesale requests are submitted through our Wholesale Request Form.

The information provided in the form may be reviewed to determine whether the request is suitable for wholesale purchasing. This may include business information, existing sales channels, websites, marketplaces, social media pages, or other relevant information provided by the applicant.

Submitting a wholesale request does not guarantee approval.

ISHTARINK reserves the right to approve or decline a wholesale request at its discretion.

2. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is based on the applicable product, quantity level, and wholesale terms available at the time of the order.

Wholesale pricing applies only to approved wholesale orders and is separate from standard retail pricing displayed on the store.

Any applicable pricing will be confirmed before the wholesale order is finalized.

3. Resale Authorization

Approved wholesale buyers are authorized to resell the physical ISHTARINK products purchased through an approved wholesale order.

This authorization applies to the resale of the purchased finished products and does not transfer ownership of the artwork, designs, graphics, trademarks, or other intellectual property associated with those products.

Wholesale buyers may present and sell the purchased products through their own approved retail or sales channels.

4. Design and Intellectual Property Rights

Purchasing products at wholesale does not grant the buyer ownership or licensing rights to the designs printed or applied to those products.

All artwork, designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, branding elements, and other intellectual property remain subject to the rights stated in our Copyright, Intellectual Property & Design Protection policy.

Wholesale buyers may not reproduce, recreate, modify, manufacture, or otherwise use an ISHTARINK design independently of the physical products purchased from us.

This includes reproducing a design through another manufacturer, printer, print-on-demand provider, or other production service.

5. Product Images and Marketing Materials

Wholesale buyers may use their own photographs of products they have purchased for legitimate resale purposes.

Product images, mockups, artwork files, promotional graphics, and other visual materials provided or published by ISHTARINK remain protected intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to represent products that were not purchased from ISHTARINK without permission.

Wholesale buyers may not use ISHTARINK artwork or product images to create or promote independently manufactured products.

6. Brand Representation

Wholesale buyers may identify themselves as retailers or resellers of ISHTARINK products where appropriate.

Wholesale buyers may not claim ownership of ISHTARINK designs, artwork, or branding, or present such materials as their own original creations.

Any use of ISHTARINK trademarks, logos, or other brand assets beyond ordinary identification of genuine ISHTARINK products requires prior written permission.

7. Order Confirmation and Payment

A wholesale request becomes an order only after the applicable wholesale terms have been reviewed and confirmed by ISHTARINK.

Payment instructions and the final order amount will be provided after the order details have been confirmed.

An order will not be submitted for fulfillment until the required payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

8. Production and Fulfillment

Production and fulfillment times may vary depending on the products, quantities, destination, and production capacity at the time the order is placed.

Where applicable, production timelines and shipping arrangements will be confirmed as part of the wholesale order process.

9. Shipping

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on the final order details and delivery address provided by the wholesale buyer.

The applicable shipping cost will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Wholesale orders are subject to our standard applicable return and refund terms, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Any issue involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise affected products should be reported in accordance with that policy and within the applicable timeframe.

11. Resale Responsibility

Once wholesale products have been delivered, the wholesale buyer is responsible for their own resale activities, including their retail pricing, customer communications, sales channels, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Wholesale authorization does not create a partnership, agency, franchise, employment relationship, or other formal business relationship between ISHTARINK and the wholesale buyer unless separately agreed in writing.

12. No Transfer of Intellectual Property

Nothing in a wholesale transaction transfers or assigns any copyright, trademark, design right, artwork ownership, or other intellectual property right from ISHTARINK to the wholesale buyer.

The wholesale buyer receives authorization to resell the physical products purchased through the approved wholesale order only.

13. Policy Acceptance

By submitting a wholesale request and proceeding with an approved wholesale order, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the terms of this Wholesale Policy.

This Wholesale Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Copyright, Intellectual Property & Design Protection Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable store policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

ISHTARINK may update this Wholesale Policy from time to time.

The version of the policy applicable to a wholesale order will be the version in effect when that order is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
