Return Policy
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Proving a Manufacturing Defect or Damage To help us address any issues with your order efficiently, please provide clear and accurate photos when reporting a problem. Here’s what we need:
- Print Placement Issues: Lay the product flat and take a photo showing the entire product and print placement. Including a measuring tool can be helpful.
- Print Quality Issues: Take a well-lit photo of the affected area, ensuring the print details are visible.
- Damaged Products or Product Defects: Include a photo of the damaged or defective part along with part of the product’s design to help identify the item.
- Incorrect Product Received: Include a photo of the product with the packing slip visible in the same image.
- Size Discrepancies: If the size tag shows a different size than ordered, submit a photo of the product with the size tag visible. If the size tag is correct but dimensions are off, include photos with a measuring tool.
Providing these photos will help us review your report faster and find the best solution.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks cannot be returned.
- Buyer's Remorse: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or offer exchanges for size or color changes. Please ensure you select the correct size and color before placing your order.
